| Notes: | About 12km north of the small town of Ipala close to the road towards San Jose la Arada and Chiquimula on rocky hills. Small contorted branchy tree with an open crown to 3m ht. Smooth snake bark mottled white-grey and green. Thick slightly fleshy green un, ripe pods with a glossy surface and a thick white mesocarp. Infrequent, scattered in dry pastures with Crecentia alata and Jacquinia. | ||||
