Notes: Label source: Pale brown in colour, straight grained, hard, strong and very durable; often with small gum veins. Used for general constructional work, flooring, wood blocks, sleepers, ship building, coach, carriage and wheelwrights work. This is one of t, he most common and best all round hardwoods on the market. A large tree found in the coastal belt of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. H = Hard. W = 50-62 lb. per cub. ft.
