Bark smooth, mid orange brown, inner bark greenish. Leaves slightly doscolourous, petiolar gland orange brown when young, dark brown w, hen older. starting to flower, many buds, green tinged reddish, flower heads in leaf axils on actively growing shoots. Calyx and corolla pale green, stamen filaments and style creamy white, anthers creamy yellow.x0Dx0Ax0Dx0AAbundant, scattered in secondary vegeta, tion on roadside cuttings with Cecropia, Burseraceae and Lonchocarpus.
