Using the spoon provided, put a small (amount?) of the seaweed treatment formulation into the jar. Gradually add a few drop, s warm/hot water, m,eave in a warm place for 15 to 20 minutes. (For sensistive skin we recommend using low nitrate still mineral water). Gently apply the mask paste to the face and neck. Find time to tilt the head backwards and relax. Gently wash off in w, arm water.
