Bark greyish green with numerous white pustular lenticels. Slash deep pea-green (with garden pea odour). Wo, od creamish. Calyx yellow tinged green at base. Petals yellow, 'standard' with central scarlet-orange blotch. Flowers laterally compressed (as in C. exostemma). Filaments geen, anthers yellow. Young fruit green, eglandualr. Matue fruit fawn-straw-coloured, .
