Solo arenoso. Alt. ca. 70m.x0Dx0Ax0Dx0ACommon u, ndershrub regenerating from coppiced or cut treelets. Largest specimen in area 6M, DBH 10cm. Bark mottled shades of grey and white. Juvenile foliage with pink flush, mature leaflets dark, glossy green. Leaflet size very variable, especially on regrowth br, anchlets (unlike cultivated C. peltophoroides, e.g. Lewis 1604). 6m specimen with fairly open crown but also branches on lower trunk zone. Mixed with Caesalpinia echinata and Pterocarpus sp. (H. C. de Lima 2869). Spirit and wood samples. |
