| Notes: | Andira cordifolia Arroyo (name never validly published). Trees of Brazil. Top of hill, right side road, ca 30m from road. Open, low cerrado. Small tree 2.5m x 4.5cm. Branches ascending. Bark grey brown, rough, fissuring vertically, but not flaking., Bark buff in section, slash ca 9mm, pale red brown, streaked transversely with cream buff. Small amounts of red exudate. Leaves to 15cm, glabrous. Young twigs greenish with raised brown lenticels. | ||||
