| Notes: | Trees of Brazil. Steep rocky slope by roadside. Small tree 3m, branching very close to ground, ca. 17cm diameter at base. Bark brown, fissuring vertically and flaking slightly. Bark buff in section, slash 5mm, buff/pale red-brown, oxidising darker red, -brown. Wood cream, streaked with buff. Leaves to 16cm, leaflets with spreading indumentum beneath and very sparse indumentum above. Stipules to 1cm, green turning brown. New species collected by Harley, de Lima and Pennington near Xique - Xique. | ||||
