Secuacaya pardo or brown is the same in the grain (only darker in colour) as the Soququaia. Perhaps the same name or Sepucaya as Mr Taylor's specimen of, this last name is very similar & is a large tree of Brazil the wood is very compact, the leaves as of the Mulberry tree, the fruit like a child's head & oval. It is used in building. |
