Thatch tree or lesser Palmeto or Palma non spinosa minor -Th, e leaves are used for thatching houses & the stalks for baskets and chair bottoms. Thrinax parviflora Brown calls it Corypha, the wood is used for piles in the sea. Fol 190 Brown. |
