Notes: | Opuscular source: Letter - From Dr Christopher Green to Dr Paula Rudall, Jodrell dated 9 May 1989 - In the latter part of 1986 I sent you a package containg a number of wood samples for identification, from a site near Peterborough, from the Woodston Be, ds of supposed Hoxnian Interglacial Age. I write to enquire whether you have been able to look at this material and to let you know that a paper on this site is now well advanced. It may interest you to know that wood from this site is being used in two, experimental investigations, looking at the potenial for deriving geochronological data from wood using respectively the Uranium series and amino acid racemization methods.
