| Notes: | Label source: 10b. Laoling Shangtung China Mar 31 1913 A variety of jujube, called Wu hu tsao or Ya tsao meaning 'Seedless jujube'. Fruits rather small, of marked columnar shape, skin soft, of a dark colour, meat dark and of a raisin like taste, but less, sweet. This variety is extremely interesting on account of it being seedless or at least practically so, and the fruits can be eaten like sultana or raisins. | ||||
