Acacia Bark - the dried bark of A arabica Willdenow, also the dried bark of the Sydney Black Wattle, A decurrens, Willd. and of the Victorian and Tasmanian Black Wattle (? A. decurrens, var mollis, Willd.). The bark must be, obtained from wild or cultivated trees not less than seven years old, and when dried, is to be kept for one year before use. Contains tannin. An equivalent of Oak Bark. |
