The dotted line represents the outline of the leaf of the 'Cascarilla estoposa de Loxa', contained in Lambert's Herbarium. A portion o, f the leaf has been subjected to some injury, as shown in the lower portion of the figure. The other figure is the outline of the leaf of Mutis's Cinchona lancifolia, taken from a specimen given by Mutis to Bonpland, in my possession. |
