Notes: | Label source: Oil products; A native at Cape Coast, writing to a Liverpool Merchant, states that a product known as the Bacco nut contains on oil for various utilities from a native point of view and the method of extracting it on the coast is similar t, o the one in vogue for treating Palm Kernels, namely beating the produce in a wooden mortar and then frying in a pot.
