The leaves are collected during April and May when they are young and tender. A demand for the leaf for cigarett, es has only sprung up during the past 10 years or so previous to that native cigarettes 'bidis' used to be made of Apta? and plantain leaves only. The marathi name for this plant is Temburui? Divisional Forest Officer N. Thana. |
