Notes: | Label source: Barnstaple 1882 April 6 - Dear Jackson, I have not here the Apocynaceae of Welwitsch, nor have I yet done this family for the catalogue. On referring to my notes, I find that Welw. cat. gen. nn 5931, 5979, 5980, coll carp. nn 720, 721, 956,, all belong to Welwitsch's proposed new genus Heterospiron; 5931 is H.acutifolium Welw. ms. you better consult the Herbarium. It may all be one species of an undiscovered genus Yours very truely WP Hiern. Note in German ? or Latin ? |
