Notes: | Label source: Picked out of a package of anguatura ?? bark at Dublin. Letter Oct 18th 1843 to Dr Pereira, London : My dear sir, I send you according to my promise,a specimen of the false Angustura bark of which I spoke to you. I have some pieces of it mu, ch longer, but the two I send you are fair samples of the larger and smaller pieces contained in the chest. We are all very quiet here in the political world, much more so than before the suppression of the Repeal agitation. Illegible words. Yours very si, ncerely ?? Neligan. |
