Notes: | Label source: Mr Hiller, I think it would be well to add 'from which the testa has been removed'. W.A.H. Jan. 1908. Under the name of Balucanat or Balucanag from the Philippines a sample of an oil seed imported into Liverpool was recd. at the museum in 1, 891 and later in 1897 what appears to be the same thing appeared as wood oil seeds in the London Market. Said to have been shipped from Hong Kong. These are both believed to be derived from A. trisperma Blanco. native of the Philippines. JMST.? 20.5.01. | ||||
