Notes: | Label source: W/159/906/85PG Rupert, I hope you had a good Xmas and New Year. Tim & I have looked at the enclosed chunk of wood. It matches our ref. material of Quercus, & is a pretty good match with the radial porous oaks, esp. Q. acuta from Japan. If y, ou knew where it came from in the gardens you could probably find out exactly what it is/was from Plant Records.
