Notes: | Label source: Woody vine in secondary thicket. Sterile. Use: Medicinal. Three fresh stems are chopped up in cold water. Three stems are roasted in the fire also chopped up and added. Used to heal wounds, both internal and external. Causes fever sometimes, which is bought down with the green fruit of 'jagrea' (Genipa americana L.) by laying on the chest. |
