Associated species Caesalpinia exoste, mma, C.eriostachys. Prosopis juliflora, P.laevigata and Piscidia sp. Tree to 8 m, DBH 50 cm. Trunk gnarled and fluted. Bark grey, chunky, breaking off in large slabs. Outer slash pale orange, wood creamish. Slash odour of garden peas. Crown open with few, main branches and scant feathery foliage.
