Notes: | Label source: Kooboo II, Palembang, Kangboey. These all emanate from the Malay Archipelago and are used for baskets. We doubt whether these rattans could be imported possessing a root as we understand they are a sort of briar which is encrusted with an, outer prickly bark and winds for several hundred yards or even longer in the jungle. |
