I have since obtained a sample which I beg to enclose and ascertained that it is, Posidonia australis, and is dredged off the coast of South Australia, and promises to become a considerable article of commerce. A company has been formed for this purpose, and I believe the Port of London Authority has arranged for its storage. I note t, hat it is mentioned in your book of Economic Plants.
