Notes: | Label source: The young shoots become swollen, and are sold as food in Hanoi. In Japan the spores are mixed with pomade and used to colour thin eyebrows and for giving a bronze tinge to lacquer. Attacks young shoots of Zizania latifolia which become swol, len and are sold as legumes under the name Nu-an in the market at Hanoi. The spores are also rubbed on the scalp when the hair is thin. |
