Notes: | Label source: Piece of wood (part of big plank in house 44.R.I) from near Tel-el-Amarna, 1300 BC. Prof F Griffith. This wood is not Cypress (Cupressus sp.) but has been identified as Cedar (Cedrus sp). An opinion cannot be given, from the structure of th, e wood, as to whether it is Cedrus libani or C.atlantica.
