Notes: | Label source: White Fiddlewood (?Citharexylum spinosum L.) There are at least two fiddlewoods and probably three but further investigation is needed. Black fiddle wood is an excellent wood, weighing about 50 ibs per cubic foot, colour brown, easily worke, d, moderately hard, tough and very durable. Lasts well in contact with the ground. Useful for all inside and outside constructional work, railway wagons and cabinet work. |
