| Notes: | Label source: A hard, tough, pale to reddish-brown coloured timber, with no distinctive figure, somewhat liable to warp and twist in seasoning. Suitable for mauls or mallets, wood-working planes, lifting wedges in ship-building yards, coach and carriagew, ork, general building, including flooring, and much esteemed for bridge and wharf decking, and paving blocks.
