Notes: | Label source: A hard, tough, pale to reddish-brown coloured timber, with no distinctive figure, somewhat liable to warp and twist in seasoning. Suitable for mauls or mallets, wood-working planes, lifting wedges in ship-building yards, coach and carriagew, ork, general building, including flooring, and much esteemed for bridge and wharf decking, and paving blocks. Coastal districts of Queensland and Northern New South Wales. H. = Moderate. W.= 52-62 lb.per.cub.ft. |
