Bark smooth mid grey when young becoming vertically fissured with age, inner bark greenish. Leaves whitish glaucous grey gree, n, with many small reddish green galls. Spicate inflorescence. Flowers strongly scented, calyx and corolla greenish yellow, stamens and style bright lemon yellow, anthers creamy yellow.
