| Notes: | Sungai Mau On road towards Merangking Disturbed lowland riverside forest, swampy, probably often flooded Tree 10m x 25cm Bark greenish-brown, with fine vertical corky ridges; outer-bark scarcely detaching, brown on the back; under-bark red-brown mottled;, inner-bark salmon-brown with darker streaks (wide wood-ray continuations), 5mm thick. Wood straw with fairly wide rays. Young leaves yellow-green; mature leaves mid-green, glossy above, slightly paler meneath. Young inflorescences yellow-green. Fruit, bright glossy green, eventually turning black | ||||
