| Notes: | Label source: Herbarium Kewensis Multistemmed deciduous shrub/tree to c.7m (but also occurred as single stemmed tree). Bark grey showing rectangular cracking when older, papery. Slash cream. Fruits brown with pale flecking. Site: in dense mixed species s, hrubland to woodland on the lower parts of a rocky slope. Species present: Acacia tortilis, Acacia ataxacantha, Combretum eleagnoides, Dichrostachys cinerea. Grass cover very sparse. Kirkia acuminata woodland occurs higher up the hillside.
