Notes: Label source: Coto Bark = Nectandra coto Rusty sp.nov. See Bull No 9 Torrey, Botanical Club Sept 1922 (No 49) 'New species of Trees of Trees of Medical Interest from Bolivia by HH Rusby 28.vii.34 p.260 Coto bark and Paracoto bark - The specimens have not, been identified but Coto bark may perhaps be referred provisionally to the Monimiaceae. As Moller pointed out, the structure appears rather more suggestive of that family than of the Lauraceae. Paracoto bark may belong to the same family as coto. If thes, e barks belong to the Monimiaceae, geographical considerations should indicate that they are species of Siparuna LAB 22.10.17
