| Notes: | Label source: In lowland forest abutting the Sg. Tembeling about 5 miles downstream from K.Kenyam. On Ficus glomerata by the riverbank. Climber. Stem grey brown, strongly lenticellate, to 3 cm. in diameter. Climbs by axillary tendrils. Fruits globose, to, 18cm across orange ripening bright red, short spiny on the surface. Fruits white pulpy inside with many disc-like seeds, each seed 2 cm. diameter, black, tuberculate on the margins containing an embryo with two large white cotyledons.
